If I'm here, I'd like to ask you something. I see a lot of recipes have Kosher salt. I know what Kosher means, but are most of the people using it for religious reasons? Or it has become a habit? I'm just curious.
I think it is just a habit now that people realize how regular table salt isn't the best for us. I use Baja Gold sea salt, Celtic sea salt, Himalayan sea salt and Kosher. Each one has different minerals since they come from different areas of the world. I think Kosher salt is for some people used due to their religious practices too.
