[ESP|ENG]Tiramisú casero | Homemade Tiramisu

¡Hola a todos! Espero se encuentre muy bien, hoy les quiero compartir un postre súper rico. Si eres amante del café no dudes en prepararlo. El TIRAMISU es un postre italiano, frío, que se prepara colocando galletas y crema en capas, con un toque riquísimo a café. Las receta de tiramisú son variadas, no hay una receta única, la mayoría de las personas lo preparan con queso mascarpone y huevos, sin embargo hoy te traigo una receta donde puedes sustituir el queso mascarpone (ya que es difícil de conseguir y costoso) y no lleva huevos (para los que no les gusta esta proteína en sus postres).

Hello everyone! I hope you are very well, today I want to share with you a super tasty dessert. If you are a coffee lover do not hesitate to prepare it. The TIRAMISU is an Italian dessert, cold, which is prepared by placing cookies and cream in layers, with a delicious touch of coffee. The tiramisu recipes are varied, there is no single recipe, most people prepare it with mascarpone cheese and eggs, however today I bring you a recipe where you can substitute the mascarpone cheese (as it is difficult to get and expensive) and it does not have eggs (for those who do not like this protein in their desserts).

Ingredientes

  • 200 gr de queso crema
  • 250 ml de crema de leche para batir o repostera.
  • 120 gr de azúcar.
  • Café (puede ser instantáneo, pero yo preparo un café negro bien fuerte).
  • 1 cucharadita de esencia de vainilla.
  • Licor de café (opcional).
  • 200 gr de galletas Lady finges (lenguas de gato, bizcocho de soletilla, plantillas de bizcocho).
  • Cacao en polvo.

Ingredients

  • 200 gr cream cheese.
  • 250 ml of whipping or pastry cream.
  • 120 gr of sugar.
  • Coffee (it can be instant, but I prepare a very strong black coffee).
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence.
  • Coffee liqueur (optional).
  • 200 gr of Lady Fingers cookies (cat's tongue, sponge cake, sponge cake templates).
  • Cocoa powder.


Preparación

  • Previamente guarda la crema de lecha en la nevera unas dos horas y luego batir a punto de nieve.
  • Prepara el café y déjalo enfriar. Agrega el licor de café cuando ya esté frio si gustas.
  • En otro recipiente vas a batir el queso crema con el azúcar y la vainilla.
  • Mezcla con movimiento envolventes la crema de leche y el queso crema.

Preparation

  • Previously keep the cream in the refrigerator for about two hours and then whip to stiff peaks.
  • Prepare the coffee and let it cool. Add the coffee liqueur when it is already cold if you like.
  • In another bowl, beat the cream cheese with the sugar and vanilla.
  • Mix the milk cream and cream cheese in an enveloping motion.


  • Humedece las galletas en el café y coloca una base de las mismas en el recipiente.
  • Encima de la base de galletas coloca la mezcla de crema y queso , a continuación espolvorea cacao en polvo
  • Repite el procedimiento y terminas con una capa de crema y cacao
  • Coloca en la nevera por lo menos 6 horas antes de comerlo.
  • Moisten the cookies in the coffee and place a base of them in the bowl.
  • Place the cream and cheese mixture on top of the cookie base, then sprinkle cocoa powder on top of the cookie base.
  • Repeat the procedure and finish with a layer of cream and cocoa.
  • Place in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours before eating.
