Para los que les gusta la cocina les voy a enseñar una receta muy fácil para preparar una rica carne de hamburguesa.

For those of you who like cooking, I am going to show you a very easy recipe to prepare a delicious hamburger meat.

Ingredientes:
700gr de carne
1 cebolla
7 dientes de ajo
1 cucharadita de mostaza
5gr de pimienta molida
50gr de perejil
1/2 taza de aceite
Sal al gusto

Ingredients:
700gr of meat
1 onion
7 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon of mustard
5gr ground pepper
50gr parsley
1/2 cup oil
Salt to taste

PREPARACION

Paso 1

Una vez limpios todos los ingredientes los picamos en trozos pequeños y los comenzamos a agregar a la licuadora junto con el aceite y la mostaza, la sal la pueden agregar a la mezcla o directamente a la carne, en mi caso se la agregue a la mezcla para que la sal se disuelva bien.

Step 1
Once all the ingredients have been cleaned, chop them into small pieces and add them to the blender together with the oil and mustard. The salt can be added to the mixture or directly to the meat, in my case I added it to the mixture so that the salt dissolves well.

Paso 2

Al tener licuados todos los ingredientes le agregamos la mezcla a la carne y amasamos hasta unirlos.

Step 2
Once all the ingredients are blended, add the mixture to the meat and knead until they are combined.

Paso 3

En este paso vamos a añadirle 30gr de harina de trigo o pan molido para lograr una mezcla mas compacta.

Step 3
In this step we are going to add 30gr of wheat flour or bread crumbs to achieve a more compact mixture.

Paso 4

Ahora comenzamos hacer las bolitas de carne del tamaño de su preferencia, yo las hago de 90gr cada una y obtengo 9.

Now we start making the meat balls of the size of your preference, I make them of 90gr each and I get 9.

Paso 5

Calentamos un sartén y freimos a fuego lento de 2 a 3 minutos por cada lado y listo tenemos nuestra rica carne para hamburguesa, háganlo y me avisan que tal les quedo.

Step 5
Heat a frying pan and fry over low heat for 2 to 3 minutes on each side and ready we have our delicious hamburger meat, do it and let me know how it turns out.
