This time I want to share about the drink I made. The drink is made of watermelon, agar-agar, dates, nata de coco, etc.

Ingredients:
- Watermelon pieces
- About 200 ml of milk
- About 2 tablespoons of cornstarch
- About 4 glasses of water
- 1 sachet of agar-agar powder (green)
- Nata de coco
- Sugar
- Dates (cut into pieces!)
- Ice and cool water

I bought the agar-agar powder on an online shopping application called Shopee. Shopee is my favorite online shopping application.

About the cornstarch product I use:

How to make:
- Add 1 sachet of agar-agar powder, about 2 tablespoons of cornstarch, and sugar to the water (as much as 4 glasses) that is already in the stewpan.
- Bring to a boil and stir. Turn off the heat. Let stand for a few moments. Put the agar-agar into a container. Put it in the refrigerator.
- Put watermelon pieces into a blender (I didn't use as much watermelon pieces as in the second photo from above).
- Add about 200 ml of milk.
- Add sugar.
- Add ice and cool water.
- Blend them with the blender.
- Put the pieces of agar-agar into 8 glasses.
- Add the dates that have been cut into pieces.
- Add nata de coco.
- Add the object in the blender to the glasses.
