I've gotta quit tho, I can't eat bread fast enough for it to not mold before I get to them.
Freezing works but they end up being rather dried out from that as well

Good morning, Jerry, I know what you mean with the bread going moldy or dry, it's fresh bread no preservatives. If I am gonna make a batch, which for me is 3 loaves, I give one to my cousin Lauren (our egg lady) and our friends across the street.

There is one bread I make in the summer, zucchini bread with nuts, raisins cranberry, whatever I have and those freeze excellent. We use a vacuum sealer, and they stay perfect for months.

From one bread maker to another, let the flour fly.
