This spice is used to remove the bitter taste, guava leaves and takokak.
There are many benefits of this spice, one of which is that the guava leaves found in the leaves can eliminate the bitter taste in cooking, besides that it can also lose weight, can prevent diabetes and can improve digestion,select young guava leaves, usually to see it you can see the color on the leaves which is a little light green.
for the takokak itself is to have properties that can increase endurance, prevent the risk of cancer, overcome diabetes, prevent stroke and heart and can reduce pain in the joints
After that, do the boiling between the papaya flower and guava leaves, to get rid of the bitter taste, don't forget to add enough salt, so that the bitter taste in cooking disappears completely.
After that, prepare the language as a spice to be mashed, there are shallots, garlic, chilies, fine salt, flavorings, cooking oil with a little turmeric, then fry it in hot oil, until the smooth spices change color, then put them in one. oil and wait about 5 minutes until the spices are completely absorbed
While waiting for the perfect cooking, you can prepare it as fresh vegetables to make it delicious, this is jengkol which is very suitable for food on the dining table when cooking like this, because it is an addition to your appetite.
