Hello Hive, Beautiful morning to you.how was our night.
This morning thought of what to prepare for everyone in the house, besides all food don tire me need a change of taste, so I remember someone brought sweet potato for me,so I decided to go for sweet potato and pepper sauce which has been grinded using electric blender.
So I first cut the sweet potato into smaller version,rinse and put inside a pot for it to cook and I add 2 eggs to supplement it.
So after that I allow it to cook every well,and transfer the cooked sweet potato into a bowl for peeling.
So I use my grinded pepper which is in the pot already,then pour vegetable oil,add salt and maggi to taste, allow it to fry very well after is ready I put off the gas.
After that my sweet potato has been peeled and I serve it,so come join me.
