Pad Kra Pao - Thai Basil Minced Pork Rice.

🎀 Pad Kra Pao 🎀

Today's lunch is Thai Basil Minced Pork rice. Its a simple meal and it only took me 5 mins to prepare.

Step 1 Preparations

6 Garlic
6 Chlillies
250g of minced pork.
and a handful of basil.

Step 2 Sauce

Sweet Black Sauce
Fish Sauce
Soy Sauce
Oyster Sauce

Step 3 - Blend / Mortar the chilies until fine.

Frying instructions

Add oil into wok and start frying the chilies and garlic until you start coughing from the chilies.
Throw in the minced pork and the prepared sauce earlier and stir fry.
Once its almost done. Turn off the heat and drop in the basil leaves and give it a couple of tosses.

Then it will be ready to serve with white rice.
