Hola amig@s de Hive hoy les traigo una rica chica de arroz, es fácil de preparar, mi mamá siempre preparaba esta bebida cuando era niña, ahora se la prepara a sus nietos y yo a mis hijos, espero que les guste.

INGREDIENTES

1 Taza de arroz
5 tazas de agua para cocinar el arroz
5 clavitos de olor
Azucar al gusto
Canela o vainilla al gusto
1 Pizca de sal

PREPARACION

  1. Lavar el arroz
  2. En una olla colocar las 5 tazas de agua con los clavitos, una pizca de sal y el arroz
  3. Cocinar hasta que este súper blando.
  4. Dejar reposar
  5. Colocar en la licuadora unas cucharadas de arroz, si gustan pueden extraer los clavitos, en mi caso se los dejé, incorporas agua de poco en poco, hasta alcanzar el espesor de tu preferencia.
  6. Mientras vas licuando incorporas el azúcar al gusto y vainilla si lo deseas.
  7. Lo llevas a la nevara y listo
  8. Cuando lo sirvas le incorporas hielo y y canela.

Variación
Algunas personas en lugar de agua le agregan leche, o leche condensada, esta receta se presta para que dejen volar la imaginación.
