Realmente fue una odisea hacerlo, porque lo dejé para última hora del 31 y no encontraba lechosa verde y después de mucho buscar encontré en una frutería chiquitica una de un kilo y bueno con esa lo hice, aunque me salieron tres mechas, jajaja.
Hello fellow Hive members, even though Christmas is over, I don't want to pass up the opportunity to share with you my version of dulce de lechosa.
It was really an odyssey to make it, because I left it for the last hour of the 31st and I couldn't find green lechosa and after much searching I found in a well hidden fruit store, one of a kilo and well with that I did it, although I got three strands, 'jajaja¨.
INGREDIENTES/INGREDIENTS
PREPARACION/PREPARATION
- Triturar el papelón y colocar en una olla con el resto de los ingredientes a fuego medio, agregándole una tasa de agua y removiendo de vez en cuando.
- Dejar hervir y apagar cuando alcance el punto de caramelo, no debemos dejarlo secar demasiado.
- Apagar y dejar enfriar para resguardar en la nevera.
- Crush the papelón and place in a pot with the rest of the ingredients over medium heat, adding a cup of water and stirring from time to time.
- Let it boil and turn it off when it reaches the caramel point, do not let it dry too much.
- Turn off and let it cool and store in the refrigerator.
