Yesterday I decided to make a ***"HOTCAKE" since I have all the ingredients in the refrigerator. And the other reason is that we dont have a snack so thats why I made it. That would serve our snack. So here we are ready to make Hotcake.
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 cup all purpose flour
- 2 cups water or evaporated milk
- 2 pcs.eggs
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 3 tsp.baking powder
- 2 tbsp.melted butter or margarine
- margarine
PROCEDURE:
1.In a big bowl combined all purpose flour, baking powder and sugar. Then mixed.
2.Pour the wet ingredients egg, melted butter and evaporated milk. Stir until it theres no lumps.
3.The texture should be look like in the photo below.
4.Prepare a pan in a low heat fire.
5.Once its already hot brush the pan with margarine and pour some amount of the batter and form it into a circle.
6.Let it cooked for 30 seconds and then flip it to cooked the other side.And once its already cooked removed it from the pan.
7.In a plate with the cooked batter put some amount of margarine on top of it.
8.After you put the margarine now sprinkle the sugar.
9.Roll it so that its easy for us to take a bite.
10.Your done and ready to SERVE
Thats it everyone. So easy right? So what are you waiting for make some of it and your snack was solved. The taste was so good. The sweetness and tenderness of the food was so yummy.
