Deliciosos Nuggets, muy sencillos, además puedes congelarlos y comerlos otro día.

Delicious Nuggets, very simple, you can also freeze them and eat them another day.

Ingredientes:

1 Pechuga de pollo
1 Huevo
3 Cdas de harina de trigo
Sal
Ajo en polvo (opcional)
Salsa de ajo (opcional)

Ingredients:

1 chicken breast
1 Egg
3 Tbsp wheat flour
salt
garlic powder (optional)
garlic sauce (optional)

Step by Step / Paso a Paso

Cortamos la pechuga en cubos y la ponemos en la licuadora o en el procesador.

Cut the breast into cubes and put it in the blender or processor.

Luego de que la molemos, la pasamos a un plato y condimentamos con sal, ajo en polvo y salsa de ajo.

After we grind it, we transfer it to a plate and season it with salt, garlic powder and garlic sauce.

Hacemos las formitas de los Nuggets, las ponemos en una bandeja y la metemos en el congelador por 15 min.

We make the Nuggets forms, put them on a tray and put it in the freezer for 15 min.

Mientras pasan los 15 min, preparamos la mezcla para rebozar, batimos el huevo y agregamos la harina hasta obtener una mezcla homogénea como se ve en la imagen.

Pasados los 15 min, pasamos los Nuggets por la mezcla y los ponemos afrei en el sarten con aceite y listos, a servir. Yo emplate con unas yucas fritas con mojito y una ensalada de vainitas.

After 15 min, we pass the Nuggets through the mixture and put them afrei in the pan with oil and ready to serve. I served with some fried yucas with mojito and a green bean salad.
