Como buen venezolano, no despreciamos una arepa, mi preferida. todos, alguna vez en nuestras vidas hemos comido esta suculento plato.

I want to share today, a delicious recipe: arepa with egg.
As a good Venezuelan, we do not despise an arepa, my favorite. all, sometime in our lives we have eaten this succulent dish.
INGREDIENTES:
2 tazas de harina pan.
1 taza de agua.
2 huevos.
Una pizca de sal.
Un chorrito de Aceite
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups of bread flour.
1 cup water.
2 eggs.
A pinch of salt.
A dash of oil.
PROCEDIMIENTO:
Echar la harina en un recipiente, agrega agua, amasa, hasta que quede homogénea, luego comienza a realizar la arepa , se le llama arepa a un pan de maiz de forma circular.
Se coloca en la cocina en una plancha para que se ase. La arepa,tiene que voltearse por los dos lados,para que saque como una concha , se deja por varios minutos y ya.
PROCEDURE:
Pour the flour in a bowl, add water, knead, until it is homogeneous, then begin to make the arepa , it is called arepa to a circular corn bread.
It is placed in the kitchen on a griddle to roast. The arepa has to be flipped on both sides, so that it takes out like a shell, it is left for several minutes and that's it.
Para realizar el café con leche , lo primero es hacer café, luego al café agregar la leche en polvo , batirlo con un batidor , hasta que toda la leche se disuelva.
To make coffee with milk, the first thing to do is to make coffee, then add powdered milk to the coffee, beat it with a whisk until all the milk is dissolved.
Echar el huevo en un vaso,antes de agregarlo en el sartén, acostumbro a hacer eso ya que si un huevo sale dañado, se puede votar , sin perder el aceite.
En la cocina ponemos el sarten con aceite y cuando esté caliente , lanzamos el huevo, volteamos por los dos lados.

Resultado un rico desayuno: arepa con huevo, acompañado con café con leche y algo que no puede faltar, aprovechando que es el tiempo de su cosecha.
The result is a delicious breakfast: arepa with eggs, accompanied by coffee with milk and something that cannot be missed, taking advantage of the harvest time.
