La pizza es unos de los platos mas conocidos. Algunos dicen que su invención fue en Grecia. Total, existen diferentes versiones.
Pero la más que me gusta es la que hace mi madre, es la original. Cuando nos reunimos, siempre hacemos una, cada vez nos queda mejor. Ya que la hacemos con mucho AMOR.
Una pizza no debe faltar en un compartir, en fiesta o reuniones.

Pizza is one of the best known dishes. Some say that it was invented in Greece. Anyway, there are different versions.
But the one I like the most is the one my mother makes, it's the original. When we get together, we always make one, every time it gets better. Because we make it with a lot of LOVE.
A pizza should not be missing in a sharing, party or meeting.
INGREDIENTES:
Medio kilo de harina de trigo leudante.
2 tomates.
2 cebollas.
Oregano.
Sal al gusto.
1 taza de agua.
200 gramos de queso.
INGREDIENTS:
Half a kilo of leavening wheat flour.
2 tomatoes.
2 onions.
Oregano.
Salt to taste.
1 cup of water.
200 grams of cheese.
PASO A PASO:
Para realizar la masa, se coloca la harina en un bol, luego se le coloca la sal, con el agua previamente tibia, se va a masando poco a poco hasta que tenga una consistencia homogénea.
Dejar reposar por media hora.
STEP BY STEP:
To make the dough, place the flour in a bowl, then add the salt, with the previously lukewarm water, and mix it little by little until it has a homogeneous consistency.
Let it rest for half an hour.
Después de haber reposado la masa, estirar la masa de acuerdo a la bandeja.
After the dough has rested, roll out the dough according to the tray.
Para la preparación de la salsa, se pican los tomates y la cebollas.
Licuar, se agrega orégano y sal.
Se raya el queso.
Sobre la masa se coloca la salsa, luego el queso rayado.
Meter al horno por 20 minutos aproximadamente, hasta ver que se dore.

Grate the cheese.

Bake in the oven for approximately 20 minutes, until golden brown.
Resultado final : una hermosa y deliciosa pizza casera con mucho Amor.
