Hola mis queridos amigos de Hive
Deseo tengan un día maravilloso lleno de mucha alegría, hoy quiero compartir una receta muy rica, ideal como botana o aperitivo, se trata de unos crujientes aros de papá rellenos de queso, es muy delicioso y fácil de preparar, lo mejor de todo es que utilizaremos pocos ingredientes y el resultado será muy apetitoso.

I wish you a wonderful day full of joy, today I want to share a very tasty recipe, ideal as a snack or appetizer, this is a crunchy dad rings stuffed with cheese, it is very delicious and easy to prepare, best of all is that we will use few ingredients and the result will be very appetizing.

Ingredientes:
• 1 papá grande
• 1 huevo
• 2 cucharadas de harina de trigo
• 1 cucharada de harina de maíz
• Queso
• Sal
• Pimienta
•½ cucharada de mantequilla
• Aceite para freir

Ingredients:

  • 1 large dad
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons of wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon corn flour
  • Cheese
  • Salt
  • Pepper
    -½ tablespoon butter
  • Oil for frying

Lo primero que debemos hacer es lavar muy bien nuestra papa la colocamos en una olla con agua a temperatura alta hasta que esta ablande por completo, para que el proceso sea más rápido tapamos la olla, así tendremos la papá lista en menos tiempo.

The first thing we must do is to wash our potato very well, place it in a pot with water at high temperature until it softens completely, to make the process faster we cover the pot, so we will have the potato ready in less time.

Una vez la papa esté muy blandita la retiramos del agua y con mucho cuidado quitamos la piel. Seleccionamos un bowl amplio y la pisamos con la ayuda de un tenedor o pisa papas hasta volverla un puré.

Once the potato is very soft, remove it from the water and carefully remove the skin. Select a large bowl and mash it with the help of a fork or potato masher until it becomes a puree.

Le agregamos una pizca de sal, la mantequilla y la pimienta, continuamos removiendo y formamos una masa homogénea.

Add a pinch of salt, butter and pepper, continue stirring and form a homogeneous dough.

Cortamos o rayamos el queso. Vamos a utilizar una bolsa plástica cortada y la extendemos sobre una superficie, hacemos una bolita con la mezcla de papa y la extendemos sobre la bolsa plástica con las manos dando forma cuadrada o rectangular.

Cut or grate the cheese. We are going to use a cut plastic bag and spread it on a surface, make a ball with the potato mixture and spread it on the plastic bag with our hands giving it a square or rectangular shape.

Seguidamente colocamos el queso sobre la mezcla de papas y empezamos a enrollar de modo que el queso quede envuelto dentro de la masa de papas, con nuestras manos le vamos dando vueltas sobre la superficie y empatamos los dos extremos dando forma de aro.

Vamos a batir un huevo y pasamos el aro por el huevo para crear una capa pegajosa, luego en un bowl mezclamos el harina de trigo y el harina de maíz y pasamos el aro para empanizar, debe quedar bien cubierto de harina para que sea crujiente.

We are going to beat an egg and pass the ring through the egg to create a sticky layer, then in a bowl we mix the wheat flour and corn flour and pass the breading ring, it must be well covered with flour to be crispy.

Al tener los aros de papa empanizados, llevamos a una sartén con suficiente aceite a temperatura media y vamos dando vueltas constantemente de modo que no se quemen, cuando tomen un color dorado lo retiramos del fuego y dejamos escurrir en un papel absorbente, de esta forma ya tenemos listos estos deliciosos y crujientes aros de papa rellenos de queso, espero lo disfruten y les guste tanto como a mi. Si lo acompañan de una buena salsa será una combinación excelente.

Once the potato rings are breaded, we take them to a frying pan with enough oil at medium temperature and turn them constantly so they don't burn, when they take a golden color we remove them from the heat and let them drain on absorbent paper, this way we have ready these delicious and crunchy potato rings stuffed with cheese, I hope you enjoy them and like them as much as I do.
