Ingredients for Homemade Pizza

- 2 packets of pizza tomato sauce (OLÉ brand)
- 1 can of sweetcorn (OSOLE brand)
- Block of white mozzarella cheese
- Package of smoked turkey ham
- 1 small packet of dried oregano
- Peppers and onions
- Basil

For the Dough
.
- Vegetable Oil
- All-Purpose Wheat Flour
- Sugar- Salt
- Yeast
- Water



Once we have all the ingredients we will use, we will prepare each one of them little by little. The first thing I do is chop all the ingredients, bell pepper, onion, take out the vegetables and put everything in order so that when it comes time to prepare the pizza, everything is ready and I don't miss anything. This way, I make sure that everything is in order and in the best way.




once the ingredients are ready then we will proceed to prepare the dough in this part I forgot to take a photo because my hands were dirty with the dough but the main thing is to first mix the dry ingredients and then the wet ingredients and we will mix little by little until forming a large ball we knead step by step in order we see if it needs a little water or if not we add a little additional oil and then we let it rise placed on the tray we stretch it out we place it and leave it there for about 10 minutes then before that we preheat the oven to 180 degrees.


It is necessary to blanch the dough, what I mean by this is that we must put the tray in the oven for 10 minutes and then take it out and there we will see that the dough becomes what we call a pre-pizza. This is to ensure that when placing all the ingredients it does not create a marshmallow or everything comes together evenly but that there is a division between the dough and the ingredients so that together they can work and we can have a good pizza.


I buy ready-made sauces at the supermarket but I like to enhance them a little bit so I put them on the stove and add a little bit of salt and sugar and a little bit more water to give it the necessary thickness this we manage to give it the taste that each one seems at least in my house I like it a little bit sweeter and that's why I add more sugar then Well here I place it on the edge so you can see how I am preparing it.
