Those look fantastic. I can imagine they are slightly sweet with the taro and the carrot. Then the savoy green onion. YUM!!!

Taro will turn purple when you steam or bake, but I use it for frying so it doesn't have much purple color. Taro makes the dish sweet and fatty, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, this dish is really delicious π₯°π₯°
