A full and happy day to us all. As well as all the members here in the @foodiesbeehive Community. My topic today is cooking fish soup or “tinola fish”.

Here in the Philippines, we have a tradition of cooking and harvesting, especially during the rainy season or cold weather.
And now, I will teach you how to cook it.

First, prepare the cooking ingredients.
/bell pepper
/Ginger
/Onions
/Garlic
/Vegetables (pechay, lettuce etc.)
/Salt
/Other seasonings
/Fish ( the main ingredient )
/Lemon grass

Simply cook it, first grate the onion, garlic, bellpper and ginger, add the lemon grass.
Lemon grass helps to prevent spoilage of cooked dishes such as chicken, beef, pork and fish.

Add water after mixing the spices. And boil it and then add the fish.

When the water boils, mix the fish and wait for it until its flesh is soft. Most of the fish especially we are thick and the flesh takes a long time to cook, so it should be boiled very carefully.

When the meat is tender, Add the vegetable and season it.
And wait until the fish and vegetables are cooked.

And this is our tinola fish recipé.
Lets eat.
