Delicious Shrimp fish Bora recipe by @green015

Ingredients

1.Shrimp fish - 100 grams
2.Bason- 50 grams
3.Salt-1 table spoons
4.Tumaric - 1 table spoons
5.Slice Raw chilli- 5 pieces
6.Dried chilli powder - 1 table spoon
7.Slice onions -2 pieces
8.Slice garlic - 1 pieces
9.Cumin - 1.5 table spoons
10.Five cardiments - 1/2 table spoons
11.Mustrad oil- 100 grams

●Step1

1.First I picked some soft shrimp fish from these shrimps.

2.After sorting the shrimps, fish , I peeled them and cut them.

3.I cut the shrimp .Then I took the besan.

4.Then I had taken all the ingredients like salt, turmeric, five cardiments cumin and dried chilli powder.
Besides, I have chopped onion, garlic and raw chilli.

5.I mixed all the above ingredients together and make a thick paste by hand with besan and shrimp fish in it.

6.Then I put a clean pan on medium heat in the oven. Then I
heated it lightly with oil in the pan.

7.When the oil in the pan is hot, i put the stove on low heat and added the shrimp mixture mixed with gram flour in the pan.

8.Then I turned it upside down and turned it brown. The pictures have become a bit blurry because of bad weather.

After folding all shrimp Bora well, I put it down on a clean plate. Shimp fish is always taste . Really this bora recipe also has a lot of taste. It is very delicious recipe.
