Aceh has processed noodles that are seasoned complete with a sharp aroma of spices. Uniquely, this noodle uses fresh, thick-fleshed crab filling. Known as Aceh crab noodles.
Today I accepted a friend's invitation to taste the crab noodles he made. His name is Dani, an employee at Cut Meutia Hospital, North Aceh Regency. He also opened a coffee shop to increase income. As the first child, he felt responsible for helping the family economy by sending his younger siblings to school.
Dani is a good friend, a tough guy and a lot of love in his heart, ok..we will suffice the story about Dani, I hope he will always be lucky in his life.
The crab has been cleaned and ready to be cooked, I think the crab is still young, it can be seen from the skin which is not too thick. The crab was bought from a friend for 50,000 IDR.
Dani Coffee Shop is located on Jalan Medan - Banda Aceh, Mesjid Village, Blang Mangat District, Lhokseumawe City, adjacent to his house. A simple coffee shop and usually the customers are only local residents. Only open at night after evening prayer, around 08.00 pm and has an employee.

Mie Aceh it is a process that has the main ingredient of noodles and has quite a strong historical bond with the history of Aceh itself. However, if you look at it further, this dish is actually one result of a mixture of the many cultures that have stopped in the city nicknamed the Veranda of Mecca. As we all know that Aceh has become an entry point for various cultures in the past because of its position as an important port city.
And now's time to :
Dani has served noodles for us to eat, according to estimates the young crab noodles combine perfectly with Dani's processed noodles. The soup and noodles were so delicious, our tongues were spoiled for delicacy. Dani managed to get us hooked and forced us to praise his work 😁
After eating and lighting a cigarette, we continued chatting, we discussed many light things. A big thank you to Dani who proves that delicious food does not have to be in a luxurious place with expensive prices, many merchants with a simple appearance are able to provide food with luxurious taste 🥂
