Hola queridos amigos de #Hive, espero se encuentren super bien, en el día de hoy les traigo una popular receta venezolana la cual se llama "Perico", perfecta para acompañar con una arepa. Espero les guste!
Hello dear friends of #Hive, I hope you are super well, today I bring you a popular Venezuelan recipe which is called "Perico", perfect to accompany an arepa. I hope you like it!
En esta ocasión me salió la oportunidad de hacer un rico perico y poderlo compartir con todos ustedes!
This time I had the opportunity to make a delicious parakeet and share it with all of you!
Ingredientes! / Ingredients!
3 huevos
5 tomates
1 cebolla
Unas cuantas ramas de cilantro
5 Ají
1 berenjena (mediana)
Aceite
3 eggs
5 tomatoes
1 onion
A few sprigs of coriander
5 Chili
1 aubergine (medium)
Oil
Y muy importante, tener nuestra masa para hacer las arepas!
And very important, have our dough to make the arepas!
Preparación! / Preparation!
Primero que nada vamos a picar los aliños ya seleccionados y lo sofreímos.
First of all we are going to chop the already selected dressings and fry it.
Luego vamos a batir los huevos ya seleccionados y le agregamos un toque de sal (al gusto)
Then we are going to beat the eggs already selected and add a touch of salt (to taste)
Después se lo agregamos a los aliños que se están sofriendo y tienes que ir moviendo todo hasta que quede bien cocido. Y luego rellenamos la arepa y a disfrutar!
Then we add it to the seasonings that are being fried and you have to stir everything until it is well cooked. And then we fill the arepa and enjoy!

Y eso sería todo amigos, un proceso muy sencillo y práctico.

It looks yummi, but for me it's a lunch, I use drink only a coffee for breakfast 😂😂🍳🍳☕☕

Es curioso como se parece esa comida venezolana a lo que en México llamamos "gorditas, hechas con masa de maíz, pero el color amarillo que veo en las imágenes me parece completamente diferente al de la masa de las gorditas, hasta pareciera que hacen la masa mezclando con yemas de huevo.

Hello @hermaryrc This breakfast treat looks like what we call a stuffed pocket. It's meat and veggies filled inside a pita pocket or other bread slit to make a hole in the center.
