Eggs, the main ingredient in egg roti, are known for their high-quality protein content, as well as being rich in essential vitamins such as vitamin B and vitamin D. Additionally, they provide essential minerals like iron and zinc. Required Ingredients....

❄️ 3 egg.
❄️ Wheat flour 200g.
❄️ A finely chopped onion.
❄️ chopped curry leaves.
❄️ 2 green chillies, finely chopped.
❄️ some water.
❄️ A little coconut oil or cooking oil.
❄️ 1 teaspoons of crushed chili powder.
❄️ 1 teaspoons of chili powder.
❄️ Salt powder as needed.
❄️ 1 teaspoon of pepper powder.

Method of making.

First take a bowl and add wheat flour to it and add water little by little and prepare it as a liquid.

Then add a tablespoon of coconut oil and salt to it. mix it well.

Then take a bowl again and beat some eggs in it. Add salt, chilli powder and pepper powder to it and mix well.

Then add curry leaves, green chillies and onions to it and mix well and keep it separately.

Then take a cooking pan and keep it on low heat on the stove. After heating, oil spread a little in the pan and take the flour mixture and make it thin. Let it simmer for a while.

Then add the prepared egg mixture little by little and fold it as shown in the images below.

Then it is fried until golden on both sides.
