• 1teaspoon lemon juice
• Spices like cumin, black pepper, chili powder, dried thyme, and salt

Direction
• Mix your ground beef, onion, garlic and bread crumbs in a large bowl
• Add your spices
• In another small bowl, mix baking soda, water, and lemon juice add to your ground beef mixture
• Mix together and chill in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours
• Roll the mixture into a small ball, brush a large plate with oil, and place the meatball on it
• Heat little oil in a pan and place the meatballs
• Cook on high heat for 30 seconds and flip
• Reduce the heat and cook until it is done
• Serve with meatballs with herbs, roasted onion, garlic, pepper accompanied by a glass of yogurt drink
