When my brother asked whether we wanted to go for lunch with him, that he would give us a ride, of course, I said BIG YES!!! I still have not gotten back my car (still at workshop), so I had been diligently cooking at home, and the boys been eating healthy homecooked Chinese food (because it is the easiest to cook for me as I have the Chinese seasonings at home). "Let's go to Soru Station because the boys love pasta!" It was good to have some change from the daily Chinese homecooked food.
Soru Station
Soru Station started as food truck with the slogan eat big, eat cheap as they believed they should serve big portion of food (specifically Western food) yet affordable to people so that people can eat without any stress. They really lived up to their slogan. From food truck, they expanded to food court, with branches at Kota Damansara, Shah Alam and Sg. Besi.
Now, they are at Wangsa Maju too. Our area.
Jom!!! (meaning Let's Go!!!)
We really loved this place. Spacious and clean. There were not many people during lunch so you see many empty seats but it will be crowded at night when most people had finished their work. This branch rented two lots, so you can see two sections of seats.
First section
Where the counter and cashiers are, the kitchen and also tables and chairs for people.
Second section
Where only tables and chairs for customers as well as a big basin for washing hands. We were seated here.
Very neat and tidy dining experience.
Food
We were with children, so it was impossible for us to order those big Western Platter and the boys doesn't eat a lot of beef or lamb sort of stuff. So, yup, it was basically pasta day for us. I shall bring husband here to eat the huge Western platter.

Our Pasta
Eldest son ordered his favourite bolognese. And Soru famous float. He chose strawberry float. Apparently, the float is from some Penang heritage but I couldn't sense any Penang thingy. Oh well, the boys love the float. He said the bolognese was yummy. He finished it in no time.
Youngest son ordered Mac N Cheese and also strawberry float. It was super cheesy Mac N Cheese, as a cheese lover, he fell in love at first sight. Lol...
Me and my aglio olio because I am not a fan of cheese due to after-effect cheese bloatedness. I really love my aglio olio, everything well balanced.
My brother ordered fried rice with fried chicken buttermilk sauce. Very very flavourful and delicious too.
We ordered a side dish called Havana as it was under promotion. Basically, it is a pan-fry paratha with burger type of chicken slice, onions, egg, cheese and special sauce.
The pasta price is so cheap for a great place like this. I wonder can they earn.
I forgot something
Always must end a meal with coffee. Same with my brother. So we ordered an iced coffee to share together. Not the best but with the price, okaylah.
