↪️Wheat flour and pre-cooked flour.

1️⃣Remojar en agua las lentejas por 2 horas.
2️⃣Picar los aliños en trozos grandes.
1️⃣Soak the lentils in water for 2 hours.
2️⃣ Chop the dressings into large pieces.
3️⃣Echar las lentejas en la licuadora con los aliños verdes.
4️⃣Licuar todo hasta que se vea cómo una salsa espesa.
3️⃣Pour the lentils into the blender with the green dressings.
4️⃣Liquefy everything until it looks like a thick sauce.
5️⃣Vaciarlo en un recipiente más o menos grande.
6️⃣Agregar la harina de trigo, la harina precocida y la sal.
5️⃣Empty it into a more or less large container.
6️⃣Add the wheat flour, the precooked flour and the salt.
7️⃣Amasar todo.
8️⃣Hacer como una bola pequeña con la masa y aplastar.
7️⃣Knead everything.
8️⃣Make a small ball with the dough and flatten.
9️⃣Freír con el aceite.
🔟Retirar cuando estén crujientes.
9️⃣Fry with the oil until crisp.
🔟Remove when they are crisp.
Ya tienes tus croquetas de lentejas🎊.
Puedes acompañarlas con una salsa de ajo o una guasacaca.
OPCIONAL‼️: También puedes agregarle otros condimentos, un poco de carne molida o trozos de chorizos a la masa.
