This is another chapter of the cooking series of mine. My father bought us pork for our breakfast yesterday and theres a left over in our ref. That made me decide what if I would cook something tasty? I came up with this pork covered with flour and breadcrumbs. It just popped up in my mind and then searched it on the internet on how to cook it properly.

This was frozen pork, and the tip to make it soft just soaked it in water for a couple of minutes, like a half of an hour. When you pinch it, it's just like you boiled it for a minute.

We only have a few ingredients in here so I use it all. I had so much pork on the side but the seasonings needed for it were a little bit. But it didn't stop me from cooking this dish.

While, I'm preparing the ingredients. I marinate the pork first so it would have a taste before covering it with the ingredients.

Then add an egg, or you can directly put it in the flour. Then add it on the pork, so it made the cooking process easier.

I thought that we have a lot of breadcrumbs but it turned out theres a few left on the plastic.

This is what my situation is right now, I use too many plates when I'm cooking a dish.

This is just the pork that I coated with breadcrumbs, and theres still many tiny bits of pork left.

I decided to fry it directly into the oil, without the breadcrumbs. I didn't have a chance to take a picture of my dish.
Ohh, that looks really crispy. I feel like this will be good for lunch tomorrow .. if only di mahal ang porky now. Aigoooi
