Harina de trigo leudante

Harina de maíz

Aceite para freír

Sal y azúcar

Agua

Salchichas

Procedure // Procedimiento

We make a roll with equal parts of wheat flour and corn, we add salt and sugar to the dough, the texture should be very similar to the one in the picture, we chop the sausages in four parts and proceed to cover each piece of sausage with the dough, we fry this preparation in hot oil browning on all sides and then we pass them through absorbent paper and we have our tasty snack, children love to eat them and adults can also accompany them with some special mayonnaise or any other sauce of your preference

Hacemos un bollo con partes iguales de harina de trigo y de maíz agregamos sal y azúcar a la masa, la textura debe quedar muy similar a la que está en la foto, las salchichas las picamos en cuatro partes y procedemos a cubrir cada pieza de salchicha con la masa, freímos esta preparación en aceite caliente dorando por todos lados y después los pasamos por papel absorbente y ya tenemos nuestra sabrosa merienda, a los niños les encanta comerlas y a los adultos también puedes acompañarlas con alguna mayonesa especial o cualquier otra salsa de tu preferencia
