Material:

• 175 grams of rice flour
• 1 tablespoon of sago flour
• 1 egg yolk
• 275 ml coconut milk from 1/4 coconut
• 10 pieces of lime leaves, bone removed, finely sliced
• 100 grams of peanuts, halved, half-fried
• 800 ml of oil for frying

Ground spices:

• 6 shallots
• 4 cloves garlic
• 2 teaspoons coriander
• 3 cm kencur

• 1/4 teaspoon granulated sugar
• 4 candlenuts, roasted

How to make peanut shells:

• Mix all ingredients (except nuts and oil) with ground spices. Stir until well blended.
• Prepare a ladle and heat cooking oil in a skillet. Take a spoon of vegetable dough and add peanuts to taste.
• Pour the batter on the side of the pan. Then flush with cooking oil until the dough is released from the pan.
• Fry the peyek until cooked and dry. Serve.
