How To Make Peanut Peyek

Peyek can be a mainstay for those who like snacks with a crunchy texture. These chips made from rice flour dough have a distinctive and fragrant savory taste.

The sensation of "kriuk" peyek is very suitable as a side dish to eat rice. There are many kinds of peyek, such as anchovies, prawns, and beans.

This time you can also make peyek at home as a snack supply or eating companion, here is the peyek recipe from Sajian Sedap.

Material:

  • 175 grams of rice flour
  • 1 tablespoon of sago flour
