En abril de este año para el cumpleaños de una amiga muy allegada a la familia y a quien tengo mucho aprecio, realice una torta Opera porque ella soñaba con una para su cumpleaños, la verdad ese día quise abarcar muchas cosas y está torta que realizaba por primera vez me quedo un desastre total, sabrosa si pero cumplió las expectativas de lo que estoy acostumbrada a realizar, así que con mucha pena me tocó entregar la torta ese día, desde entonces personalmente, de esos retos personales que uno se establece tenía realizar está torta que la verdad es bastante sabrosa pero tiene un poco tecnicismo, y dificultad por qué está constituida de entre 7 y 10 capas, entre relleno y ponqué. Ganache de chocolate y crema moka, todo embebido con un almíbar de café, se combinan con un ponqué cortado finamente que entre si forma una combinación sublime de sabores.
