Introducing my name @isalalpha I'm a newcomer to this community, I want to share a story about Aceh Bireuen Chips, the place is in the western tip of Indonesia.
I crossed Jalan Cut Nyak Dhien, precisely at Simpang Dodik, which is known to the people of Banda Aceh and Aceh Besar Indonesia. From a distance you can see the colorful colors that catch the eye of anyone who crosses the Banda Aceh - Meulaboh road, it turns out that it is a light snack, chips. I tried to approach the father of the chip seller to find out more clearly what snacks were being traded under the tree on the south west border. When I approached him, the face of the salesman looked happy, friendly and polite to everyone who stopped by where he was selling. When I asked what kind of chips you sell, the father politely replied that they were Bireuen chips, a modern family snack that doesn't make your pockets drool. These chips are directly imported from Bireuen district. I was given a few pieces of chips to try and even everyone who stopped by was treated the same way. Bireuen's signature chips consist of cassava, banana, breadfruit, and cassava, these chips have several flavors ranging from corn, as well as original flavors. After I tried several variants of the taste of the tongue, I was attracted by the sweet and corn flavors, namely cassava with corn and sweet banana flavors, very different from the chips sold in every other area. The specialty here is sweet banana chips without artificial sugar and chemicals. For the price, it is sold starting from IDR 50,000 to IDR 60,000 per kilo.
