Mint Green Chutney Along With Soya Chunks Made In Indian Way

Hello everyone!
Today's I'm here to share an amazing recipe to make soya chunks in indian style and mint green chutney.

Soya chunks or chunks are made of soy flour, which is a by-product of soy oil extraction. qualities, soy chunks, and related food products became popular all over the world. It has the same protein content as meat, and also similar chewy in texture. They are also free from cholesterol.

Mint leaves are commonly used across the globe. From making green chutney to refreshing mojitos, it is very versatile in nature. It not only adds an extra dash of flavour, freshness and aroma but can also benefit you in several other ways given that it has medicinal properties as well.

Material required for soye chunks:
Soye chunks
Water
Curd
Turmeric
Salt
Oil
Coriander
Red chilli powder
Onions
Garlic

Procedure:

Boil soya chunks in water and let them dry for fer minutes. Add curd, coriander, turmeric powder, black and white salt, to it and mix well.

Add mustard oil to a pan and let it heat for a minute, them add red chilli, onions, garlic and cook well until it changes it's colour to golden brown.
Add the mixture of soya chunks and curd to it and let it cook for 10minutes straight.

To make green chutney of mint , you need to pluck some fresh mint from your kitchen garden and wash it well.take some cloves of garlic and red chilli along with seeds of sesame.

Brown these seeds on a pan and grind them well along with mint and garlic. Add some Salt to it and your green chutney of mint is ready.
