Un cordial saludo para esta maravillosa comunidad espero se encuentren bien y tengan un excelente dia, para esta oportunidad les traigo una receta se trata de una pasta con una salsa de queso llamada alfredo es muy rica y muy facil de hacer.

Ingredientes||Ingredients.

2 cdas de mantequilla|2 tablespoons of butter.
1 cda de maizina|1 tablespoon of cornstarch.
1 pizca de pimienta|1 pinch of pepper.
1 cdta de ajo en polvo|1 teaspoon garlic powder.
3 cdas de queso|3 tablespoons of cheese.
Perejil al gusto|Parsley to taste.
1/2 kilo de pasta|1/2 kilo of pasta.
Sal|Sal.

Paso a paso||Step by step.

Vamos hacer la pasta,en la cocina coloque un recipiente con agua cuando esta hirviendo le agrego la pasta la dejo unos minutos y listo ya tengo mi pasta lista.

Ahora vamos a preparar la salsa de queso,en una sartén en la cocina le agrego la mantequilla a derretir.

Despues le agregue la maizina y movemos que la maizina integre con la mantequilla y no se le forme grumos se le agrega un poco de leche y el queso y seguimos moviendo constantemente.

Then add the cornstarch and stir so that the cornstarch integrates with the butter and does not form lumps, add a little milk and the cheese and keep stirring constantly.

Luego le añadimos el ajo en polvo y la pimienta y movemos si notas que la salsa esta muy espesa le puedes agregar un poco mas de leche.

Then add the garlic powder and pepper and stir if you notice that the sauce is too thick you can add a little more milk.

Ahora tenemos la salsa lista y la voy a servir con la pasta que tengo reservada.

Now we have the sauce ready and I am going to serve it with the pasta I have reserved.
