Wow, seems like they, unfortunately, didn't keep the mites under control. Cheese mites are ubiquitous bugs, like dust mites, they are on many cheese rinds. They only way to combat them is to wash the cheese frequently. They are on pretty well every piece of aged cheese but the manufacturer needs to keep them under control... doesn't seem like they did here. Great video of them, really, especially under the circumstance.

it will be so careless and unfortunately their effort and quality of care and hygiene control of cheese control is in vain. I no longer go there, and I don't even feel comfortable communicating with this man to him, but he obviously doesn't do anything desperate.
