Hola @jaster de verdad que el maní es uno de los frutos secos que más me fascina , además, es rico en grasas buenas, como omega 3, que ayudan a disminuir la inflamación en el cuerpo y proteger al corazón. Además, hace día encontré en una lectura que la la organización Mundial de la Salud Mundial los incluye entre la lista de los alimentos recomendados para una dieta ideal por su alto contenido en proteínas y aminoácidos, minerales como el potasio, magnesio y el fósforo, vitamina E y ácido fólico contribuyendo mi amigo a la vida prolongada .
