Hello foodies!
After I took a shower and changed, I craved something to eat. It was hard for me to leave the house quickly because there was no one to watch my twin children, so I just cooked a homemade kwek2x So join me in making a kwek2x 🥰
This is all the ingredients that I use for quek2x I have four there and baking power I put salt and bitsin, then water after I put all of that I mix all the ingredients it's simple but that'd all I have in the kitchen but even it's simple it taste good🥰 my daughter's like it and I gave some to my grandmother and our neighbor here
I boiled an egg. I only have 3 eggs then I slice it every 1 egg I slice it to 4 pieces So I can do a lot of quek2x I didn't put food coloring in it.after I slice all the egg into 4 I put it to the flour mixture then I'm heating the pan and put some oil in it so I can start cooking the quek2x.Once the oil is hot, I immediately put the egg with mixture. Then when the quek2x look brown I turned it over.
Now that I have some mixture left I don't like to threw it away, so I have an idea I put some fist
And mix it with flour mixture but I added a little flour so it can be more sticky
