Roll with peanut sticks

in Foodies Bee Hive3 months ago

Hello food lovers! Lately, life has become so busy that I rarely find time for a new recipe. I usually make something I've already made because it doesn't take much time, but I miss the free moments in which I can experiment and do what I love a lot - to cook and prepare food in various ways.

I recently had the opportunity to make something new when I was preparing food for my daughter's birthday. A few days before that, I watched a TV show called the Kitchen of my area, in which a lady made rolls that I really liked, and I decided to try them. One of their ingredients caught my attention, namely the sticks filled with peanut paste. I don't know if you can find them in stores, but we have them here.

I prepared all the necessary ingredients and started the preparation. During the preparation, I will guide you on what you need from the ingredients.

First you need 5 eggs. Separate the yolks from the whites. Beat the egg whites until foamy with one teaspoon of salt and then add the yolks one by one and stir the mixture.

Add 200 ml of yogurt.

Two tablespoons of oil.

Five spoons of flour and a bag of baking powder.

Stir the mixture again and pour it into the baking tray to bake.

Bake for about 15 minutes at 180 degrees.

When it is baked, take out the crust for the roll with the baking paper and put a cloth under it and then wrap the roll with the cloth.

Leave it until it cools down.

Now make the filling. Mix sour cream and cream cheese, about 300-400 grams.

Unroll the roll crust and spread the filling on it. And then line up the sticks with the peanut paste.

Cut and try! It looks very decorative and is good for celebrations when you want to make something interesting. And most importantly, it's delicious!

That looks yummy and easy to make hehe .. you love peanuts?
I hate that now, hehe . I guess cinnamon is good for this too 😊

I'm not a big fan of peanuts, but this can be made with anything you want. I think it would be perfect with fruit and cinnamon😊
