A round about foodie post

First things first.
In other words, my first squash, and

My first cucumber.
Then moving on

I've discovered that you can buy Pizza DOUGH at the grocery store

I like mine more on the crispy/crunch side so I bought some cornmeal as well, and bottled pizza sauce.

I then proceeded to toss in the Kitchen Sink

R-L in back,
Assorted bell peppers,
Shredded Mozzarella
Sliced Pepperoni
Sliced Baby Bella mushrooms,
Minced Garlic,
In that mystery bag is some cooked ground beef from LAST YEAR 😲
R-L in front, onion,
Amagorg (Bleu Cheese)
FRESHLY grated Parmesan Cheese.
(last year my niece chided me that people who grew tomatoes spent 3-4 months time, untold funds and exercise all to save $3.18 on tomatoes in the store)
I haven't gotten the knack of tossing the dough to stretch it, and I tried to partly cook it, then slide it off the pan onto the rack in the oven to finish, only partly successful

I'll try to not break my arm patting myself on the back, but this was a damned good pizza!

Then, Wednesday I'd been told incorrectly that I needed to fast for my MRA that day, so I was very hangry (yo estaba muy hambriento)

I had a fairly large piece of steak in the fridge, that I'd meant to freeze but had not, SOOOOO I went the simple way

I have just tonight eaten the last slice of that pizza along with the last piece of that steak, with a large salad.

I've got to start eating better ha ha ha
