It’s all our first time to dine in at Fina restaurant because it’s not that accessible from our residence. I have heard a lot of people saying that they served on the best Filipino specialties so we wanted to give it a try since my mother-in-law just arrived from Surigao City. We had to make a reservation because the restaurant gets really full easily especially on weekends. By the time we arrived at the place, our table was already ready and they even prepared a separate kid’s plate for my little princess. We were immediately attended by one of their staff to take our orders so since it was past 12:00 noon we were kind of hungry. I’m really not sure if we ordered that much but we definitely tried out their Kinilaw na Tangigue (Ceviche), Lumpiang Shanghai, Linarang soup, Pork Laing, Bicol Express, Canton Guisado, Whole roast chicken, Vegetable Fried rice, and Fina Special Fried rice. To be honest, when our food was serve, I was quiet surprise that their serving was just enough to be shared. Also, I didn’t expect it to be that good, but it was an understatement because it was so damn good. I can’t say any negative comments on their dishes, it was perfectly flavored. There were so many choices in their menu that I wanted to try next time, especially the Chorizo de Cebu.
The overall looks of the place were really sophisticated and beautiful. The price range for me was reasonable because granting that it’s inside a 5-star integrated resort you really have to expect that it’s pricey. The customer service was superb, staffs were very attentive and courteous. For me, Fina restaurant is a must-try on place to visit for families and friends who loves to experience dining in luxury restaurant without being bothered thinking how much will they be spending for a meal. It’s really recommended, and you will never regret dining at Fina restaurant.
