Red Lizard: Affordable Mexican Food in Ayala Center, Cebu

I have been loving Mexican food lately, and fortunately the Red Lizard in Ayala Center, Cebu opened its newly renovated restaurant. It is owned by the Abaca Group and this is their version of affordable Mexican food because they also have their popular Maya Mexican Restaurant located at the Crossroads which I will feature in this blog soon!

This time around, I’m with my G5 friends Rica (@sassycebuana) and Demple (@simpledemple) because they have been craving to drink Mojitos.

After much deliberation, I got their Bowl-O-Wings, it’s their signature hot wings, and their famous naked burrito bowls while Rica and Demple ordered chicken Hot pops and Chipotle Chicken Taquitos (crispy rolled tacos with creamy queso, sour cream, shredded lettuce, and jalapeños.

For our drinks of course a pitcher of their famous Mojitos served with Masa Chips and I just got a side of Chunky Salsa Roja for the dip.

But since a pitcher is not enough for us, we added one more to call it a night!

I like the newly renovated Red Lizard because of the great interiors and the space offers long tables that can accommodate big groups. They also have alfresco dining which is a plus point for me since I prefer to dine outside especially when it’s crowded and good thing that during our visit there were only 2 groups in the restaurant.

Overall, I would definitely keep coming back to Red Lizard because they have a lot on their menu that I would love to try and of course, their affordable mojitos is a must-try! You can also check their other branch at Filinvest Cyberzone IT Park.
