To those who are good in cooking and to all who are aspiring chefs and cook, and to those who dream to have their own restaurant, a pleasant day to all! All of us, want to cook something that is un usual or we want to serve something new for the family.
But due to inflation, we can not affort to buy expensive ingredients to cook simple dish for viand or dessert.
So here in the countryside, it is so expensive to go in the city, so we prefer to cook whatever vegetable that is available in our backyard or in our neighborhood. Yes, we used to go in our neighbors to see what they have then we also give something we have whether raw or cooked already. Or we eat together. That is what we are doing in our neighborhood. We are just like big family.
I want to share some of the best food we have spcially in our mother's house.
We have the "pising" or in english taro. I really how my mother cook her spicy and saucy pising.

I tried also to make some food for desserts and I also tried to start a BBQ business but I had to stop since, my face has been attacked by pimples that cause my face swollen. Maybe due to the dust, smoke and it really exhausting in preparing BBQs since I cant afford to pay for an assistant😅

Since, we can't afford to go in the city just to eat ice cream or sweets, so I tried to make some sweet dessert. But sad to say,I cant make it anymore since my old refrigerator had already retired. Hoping that I can afford to buy new onemaybe next year. And hoping to earn from blogging.

Well, I believe that cooking is one kind of LOVE LANGUAGE. As we cook food for our family, every stir,every step we are doing is like we are embracing our loveones. We are satisfied if we see them smile while eating. God bless everyone!
