Here I share the preparation of some homemade tacos that were very good, made with ingredients that we always have at home, they are easy to prepare and full of flavor

Aquí les comparto la preparación de unos tacos caseros que quedaron muy buenos , realizados con ingredientes que siempre tenemos en casa, son fácil de preparar y llenos de sabor
Ingredients
Wheat flour, sugar, salt, lettuce, tomato, avocado, sauce, mustard, mayonnaise, mozzarella cheese, ham, shredded meat
Ingredientes
Harina de trigo , azúcar, sal , lechuga, tomate, aguacate, salsa,mostaza, mayonesa ,queso mozzarella, jamón,carne desmenuzada
The first thing I do is prepare the tortilla that is the base of this taco, this time I made semi-sweet pancakes as the base, I put flour, a pinch of salt and sugar to taste in a cup and add water, mix until it is consistent, then in a previously heated pan I cook them one by one until I get the desired amount, I cut the lettuce and soak it for a while in vinegar, I continue with the tomato and avocado
Lo primero que hago es prepará la tortilla que es la base de este taco, en esta ocasión hice de base panqueques semi dulces, coloco harina, sal una pizca y azúcar al gusto en una taza y agrego agua ,mezclo hasta que esté consistente , luego en un buscaré previamente calentado las voy cocinando una a una hasta obtener la cantidad deseada, trozo la lechuga y la remojo un rato en vinagre, sigo con el tomate y aguacate
To assemble these delicious tacos, I take my base and place the ham, mozzarella cheese, lettuce, tomato, avocado, shredded meat (I will leave the preparation of the meat in future recipes in this one I already had it ready) sauce, mayonnaise, mustard , I join the edges and take the budare to heat for a minute and that quickly our delicious homemade tacos will be ready to taste and accompany with the drink of your choice
Para armar estos ricos tacos ,tomo mi base coloco el jamón ,el queso mozzarella,lechuga, tomate, aguacate, la carne desmenuzada (la preparación de la carne se las dejaré en próximas recetas en esta ya la tenía lista)salsa, mayonesa ,mostaza, uno los bordes y llevo al budare a calentar por un minuto y así de rápido nuestros ricos tacos caseros estarán listos para degustar y acompañar con la bebida de tu preferencia
