One of my favorite dishes to make is spaghetti and my boys love it.
It's fast and easy dish to make and it's healthy food as well.
I love using mushrooms and peppers in my spaghetti, as a matter of fact if I don't have these two ingredients, I will not make spaghetti.
I use these Italian noodles because the ingredients in it are really good and they are absolutely delicious and tasty, compared to all the other noodles I used before.
I also started to use ghee for my cooking instead of oils since it's also healthier. I use it to cook the ground beef, the onion, peppers and mushrooms.
I used half of the spaghetti sauce and again, I picked the healthiest sauce by checking all the ingredients.
I am very picky about the foods I buy and read all the igredients. If something doesn't have good ingredients, I will try to make it myself, which is sometimes very challenging and time consuming.
First thing I would start with is cooking the ground beef with some salt, garlic, black pepper, oregano, basil, red pepper and italian seasoning.
Next, I would boil the water with some salt and bit of oil, so that the noodles don't stick together.
I added 1 package of spaghetti into boiling water.
I would chop some onions, peppers and mushrooms.
I would cook them separately on the pan.
I would add some hit water to the meat and cook it for few minutes before I added the cooked onions, peppers and mushrooms to the sauce mix.
Now the sauce is ready and so are the noodles, which I straied and rinsed with cold water.
I poured the sauce on the noodles and mixed it all together.

The spaghetti looks delicious! I always add mushrooms, and sometimes diced zucchini, to my sauce but have never added peppers. I am going to prepare it this weekend. I love peppers so much and am surprised to have never thought of it before lol.
A lot of people don't like mushrooms, so I am surprised but happy to hear that you also use mushrooms.
Zucchini nevef crosed my mind, but it sounds good, so I will try it next time. Thanks for the tip.

I'm a big fan of pasta but never really cooked spaghetti so far. This is a nice recipe though which I might try soon since I don't see anything in the ingredients that I wouldn't like! :)
