How to Make Banana Chiffon Cake

Happy Wednesday to all of you who are relaxing at home with family or friends and working all day at the office, I hope you are fine without any problems and have a nice day. Well, this Wednesday I will share another chiffon recipe for all of you. This chiffon is mixed with a few pieces of banana and other chiffon ingredients. Besides being delicious, this chiffon is also very easy for you to make yourself at home. Well, the ingredients for making this banana chiffon cake certainly don't require expensive ingredients and you can buy all the ingredients for this recipe at the nearest supermarket or market in your city. The first ingredients you have to prepare are 4 whites and egg yolks, sugar, salt, cooking oil, liquid milk, flour, vanilla powder, cinnamon powder, lime, banana and baking powder. after you have prepared all the ingredients, now let's start the first step of making banana chiffon cake.

the first step, what you have to do first is prepare 2 pieces and peel them, after that put them into a bowl and crush the bananas into porridge using a fork only.

the second step, after you have crushed the bananas into pulp, the next thing you have to do is prepare a bowl and put 4 egg yolks, half a teaspoon of baking powder and 1 sachet of vanilla powder. after that, stir and shake until well blended using a whisk.

the third step, after you have beaten the egg mixture until well mixed, then add 50 ml of cooking oil, bananas that you have mashed before, 20 ml of liquid milk and half a tablespoon of cinnamon powder. after that, stir until everything is well blended using a whisk.

the fourth step, after you have stirred the egg mixture until the bananas are well mixed, then all you have to do is add 85 grams of flour into the egg mixture. after that, stir again until well blended and there are no lumps of flour. Next, set the egg yolk mixture aside and now we will enter the egg white mixture.

the fifth step, after the egg yolk mixture is finished and set aside, then all you have to do is prepare a place and put 4 egg whites, half a teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of lime juice. After that, mix the egg white mixture until the egg white mixture is slightly frothy.

the sixth step, after the egg white mixture has been mixed until it is slightly frothy, then gradually add 6 tablespoons of sugar into the egg white mixture while you mix until the egg white dough is white, expands and trails.

the seventh step, after the egg white dough has been mixed until the white expands and trails, then what you have to do is gradually put all the egg white dough into the egg yolk mixture until it's finished. after that, stir until the two mixtures are evenly mixed using a whisk only.

the eighth step, after the two doughs have been stirred until well mixed, the next thing you have to do is prepare a baking sheet and then sprinkle it evenly with flour. after that, put all the dough into the pan slowly and then tap the pan so that no air is trapped in the dough.

the last step, after all the dough has been put into the pan until it's finished, the next thing you have to do is prepare the oven and preheat the oven for about 10 minutes. After the oven has started to heat up, put the baking sheet in and bake the donuts at a temperature of 160 or 170 degrees Celsius, with the fire up and down for about 50 or 60 minutes depending on the oven you are using.

and finally, after going through the baking process for 60 minutes, now you can cut the chiffon banana cake and serve it to your family or friends. the texture of the outside is a bit black due to the power outage, but the taste of this chiffon cake is still delicious and delicious.
