A mis hijos les encantan los tequeños,
Sin duda, es uno de sus favoritos.
Por eso hoy les mostraré cómo prepararlos.
Ingredientes:
○ Harina de trigo
○ Sal
○ Agua
○ Queso
Paso a paso:
Primero añadimos la harina a un recipiente con un poco de agua y sal. Mezclar poco a poco sin dejar grumos. Freímos hasta que la masa esté uniforme y muy tersa, dejamos reposar 10 minutos.
El segundo paso será estirar la masa y con ayuda de un cuchillo picar tiras largas y finas del grosor de un dedo.
El tercer paso será picar finas piezas de Queso y con las tiras comenzamos a enrollarlo.
Finalmente lo llevamos a la sartén con aceite previamente calentado
