Feliz Dia Hivers de la comunidad de Foodies Be Hive .Ayer Prepararamos para el almuerzo algo diferente de lo acostumbrado , hicimos unos bollitos rellenos de pollo.
Happy Hivers Day from the Foodies Be Hive community. Yesterday we prepared for lunch something different than usual, we made some rolls filled with chicken.
INGREDIENTES:
✅1 Kilo de Harina de Maíz
✅1 pechuga grande
✅Hojas de Maíz
✅1 Tasa de Aceite
✅ Perejil,1 Cebolla,1 Tomate,1 Pimentón,Ahí dulce
✅Sal y pimienta al gusto
✅ Onoto en polvo
✅ Aceitunas,pasas
INGREDIENTS:
✅1 Kilo of Corn Flour.
✅1 large breast
✅Corn Leaves
✅1 cup of oil
✅ Parsley,1 Onion,1 Tomato,1 Paprika,Ahí dulce
✅Salt and pepper to taste.
✅ Onoto powder
✅ Olives,raisins
PREPARACIÓN:
〽️Para hacerlas preparamos la masa con un sofrito de aliños para el cual utilicé ají dulce rojo, cebolla , sal, pimienta y un toque de onoto en polvo para darle color en , los licue con agua y luego amase la masa
PREPARATION:
〽️To make them we prepare the dough with a sofrito of seasonings for which I used red sweet chili, onion , salt, pepper and a touch of onoto powder to give it color in , liquefy them with water and then knead the dough.
〽️En una olla ponemos a sancochar la pechuga y la carne,una vez lista la esmechando , luego en un sartén con aceite colocamos los aliños licuados ( ají,cebolla,tomate, pimentón y perejil) le puse sal y pimienta y a sofreír le incorporamos la pechuga y dejamos cocinar hasta que quede seco.
〽️In a pot we put to parboil the breast and the meat, once ready the esmechando, then in a frying pan with oil we put the liquefied seasonings (bell pepper, onion, tomato, paprika and parsley) I put salt and pepper and to fry we incorporate the breast and let it cook until it is dry.
Para armarlos lo realizamos de la siguiente manera hago un bollo que quepa en mi mano y con mi dedo índice le hago un agujero casi hasta atravesarlo después giro el bollo para hacer el hueco más grande y con una cucharilla le coloco el pollo hasta rellenar todo el hueco, luego lo cierro con un poquito de masa .
To assemble them we do it in the following way I make a bun that fits in my hand and with my index finger I make a hole almost through it, then I turn the bun to make the hole bigger and with a spoon I put the chicken to fill the whole hole, then I close it with a little bit of dough .
〽️En una olla pongo a hervir agua, cuando esté hirviendo , coloco bollos hasta que floten, así sabré que están listos.Dejas que se enfríen y listo para servir .
〽️In a pot I put water to boil, when it is boiling , I place buns until they float, so I will know they are ready.You let them cool and ready to serve .
Pueden hacerlos envueltos en hojas de maíz, papel de aluminio y hojas de plátano.Tambien pueden rellenarlos de carne molida, mechada,pescado o chicharonada.
You can make them wrapped in corn husks, aluminum foil or banana leaves, you can also fill them with ground meat, mechada, fish or chicharonada.
