GOOD MORNING my dear HIVE, I hope you are all very well. Today I will give you a recipe that few know. LET'S DO IT!!!

The Recipe: To begin with you should know that to prepare this dish you must calculate the number of people and add one more, unless they are large. Place the eggplants to roast with a semi-high flame, in a pan where they all fit and cover them. Turn them when you see that the part that is in the flame is soft. Turn them to 4 different sides to make sure it gets super soft inside (if it smells burnt, don't worry it's just the shell). This should take about 40 minutes. While the eggplants are roasting, chop these vegetables: chives, Sweet chili and coriander. In very small pieces to put them to fry a little until they release the flavor. Remove the eggplants from the heat and chop them in half but lengthwise to remove the contents with a spoon to make it easier. Place the contents of the eggplants in another pan and add the vegetables, which you previously sautéed, add a little water and mix. Also add salt or any seasoning you like to give it more flavor and THAT'S IT!!!

You can add it to whatever you like, as in these domplins in the photo, but my recommendation is that you eat it with arepa or spaghetti. I hope you are encouraged to prepare it and like it. See you next time.
