Hola amigos de esta comunidad y demás comunidades, hoy quiero mostrarle la preparación de una pescado desmenuzado, este pescado se le conoce como chucho por aquí por el oriente de Venezuela, este delicioso pescado pueden comerlo rellenando arepas o para hacer empanadas, en mi caso rellene unas arepas, espero les guste.
