Hoy me quise olvidar un poco de la cotidianidad y olvidarme de las harinas y vi unos hermosos plátanos en el mercado no lo pensé en comprarlos y decidí preparar una rica comida muy saludable como lo es el plátano verde sancochado y armar unas bolitas yo las quise acompañar con huevo, mortadela ensalada y aguacates, comencemos.
Today I wanted to forget a little of everyday life and forget about flour and I saw some beautiful plantains in the market, I didn't think about buying them and I decided to prepare a delicious and very healthy meal as it is the boiled green plantain and make some balls, I wanted to accompany them with egg, mortadella salad and avocados, let's start.
INGREDIENTES
3 Plátanos Verdes.
3 Huevos.
2 Tomates Medianos.
1 Zanahoria.
1 Aguacate.
Repollo.
200gr. Mortadela.
INGREDIENTS
3 Green Bananas.
3 Eggs.
2 Medium Tomatoes.
1 Carrot.
1 avocado.
Cabbage.
200gr. Mortadella.
Lo primero que hacemos es quitarle la concha al plátano y picarlo por la mitad lo coloco a un cardero y le agrego agua suficiente hasta cubrirlos y procedo agregar una cucharada de sal y dejo cocinar por 25 minutos hasta que queden sumamente blanditos, le agrego la mantequilla para luego machacarlos con un mortero.
The first thing we do is to remove the banana peel and chop it in half, put it in a carderole and add enough water to cover them and proceed to add a spoonful of salt and let it cook for 25 minutes until they are extremely soft, add the butter and then crush them with a mortar and pestle.
Mientras se cocina el plátano voy lavando las legumbres con abundante agua y vinagre, comienzo a picarlos finamente y reservo.
While the plantain is cooking, I wash the vegetables with plenty of water and vinegar, start chopping them finely and set aside.
Ahora continuo a freír, coloco una sarten al fuego y espero que se caliente y le agrego un poco de aceite ya bien caliente comienzo a freír los huevos seguidamente de la mortadela, una vez todo listo vamos a servir.
Now I continue to fry, I place a frying pan on the fire and wait for it to heat up and I add a little oil and once it is hot I start frying the eggs followed by the mortadella, once everything is ready we are going to serve.
Este fue mi resultado y a sentarse todos a la mesa a degustar mi platillo, gracias por leerme y Dios me los bendiga grandemente y lo mas importante no pierdan la Fè.
