Desayuno sabrosito
Arepa de maíz amarillo y antipasto de atún es uno de mis desayunos favoritos. Saboreé hasta el último bocadito. Me hubiese comido dos arepitas, pero hay que mantener la línea; además ya no me queda mucha harina y para darme el gusto más tarde debo controlarme ahora.
¿Cómo preparé el antipasto?
¡Facilito! Atún enlatado, encurtidos y pimentones picaditos. ¡Realmente más fácil que pelar mandarinas!
Y para beber: agua de papelón con limón, una bebida refrescante y con vitamina C.
Nota: El papelón es azúcar moreno en panela, mucho menos refinado que el azúcar blanco. Su sabor es diferente, mucho menos dulce

How did I prepare the antipasto?
I make it easy! Canned tuna, pickles and minced bell peppers. Really easier than peeling tangerines!
And to drink: papelón water with lemon, a refreshing drink with vitamin C.
Note: The papelón is brown sugar in panela, much less refined than white sugar. Its flavor is different, much less sweet.
