Esta es una receta muy fácil de hacer

This is a very easy recipe to make

Vamos a necesitar cortar unas cuantas cebollas en trozos grandes y luego las vamos a llevar a dorar bastante en la sarten

We are going to need to cut a few onions into large pieces and then we are going to take them to brown a lot in the pan

Mientras estén dorándose las cebollas vamos a añadir un par de ajos y continuamos la cocción

While the onions are browning we are going to add a couple of garlics and continue cooking

Las cebollas deben quedar bien doradas.

Onions should be well browned.

Mientras tanto ya podemos ir cocinando las chuletas, le agregamos sal y pimienta.

Meanwhile we can already cook the chops, we add salt and pepper.

Y las llevamos a freír un poco

And we take them to fry a little

Continuando con la salsa vamos a utilizar un pedazo de queso, yo siempre lo corto en cubos, yo corto todo antes de ponerlo en la licuadora.

Continuing with the sauce we are going to use a piece of cheese, I always cut it into cubes, I cut everything before putting it in the blender.

Vamos a añadir a la licuadora las cebollas

Y añadiremos un chorro de aceite

Y listo, encendemos la licuadora hasta que obtengamos una salsa.

And that's it, we turn the blender on until we get a sauce.

Una vez las chuletas listas, le colocaremos la salsa por encima.

Once the chops are ready, we will place the sauce on top.

No encontraba como colocarle la salsa encima y se ve un poco raro la forma en que lo hice, como que fue demasiado rudo, jajaja. También decidí acompañar con arroz y platano.

I could not find how to put the sauce on it and it looks a little strange the way I did it, it was too rude, hahaha. I also decided to accompany it with rice and plantain.
